Description

A quiet, comfortable room in the heart of Berlin, between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Just a few steps away from Kollwitzplatz and Kastanienallee with a variety of cafes, restaurants and art galleries. The subway stations Senefelder Platz (U2) and Rosenthaler Platz (U8) are just around the corner. Alexanderplatz, the Pergamon Museum and the Berlin Wall Documentation Centre are convenient walking distances, as is Hackescher Markt with its artsy boutiques and unique shopping experience. The famous Sunday fleamarket is also nearby at Mauerpark. There are many places to rent bikes and to start exploring the city by bus or by foot. The neighborhood is a focal point of Berlin’s unique nightlife.

The room without kitchen is part of a modern, newly designed penthouse, on the fourth floor of a beautiful, historical landmark from the 19th century. A modern bathroom including stylish sink, shower, and retro tub are integrated in the spacious room. The toilet itself is in a separate room, which is also only for the use of the guests. Free WiFi is included. The guest room, like the entire building, are a relaxed combination of old structure with new elements. The graffiti on the facade of the building and the original, unrenovated staircase reflect the typical, artsy Prenzlauer Berg atmosphere.

We are two easy going, uncomplicated guys from Italy and Germany, who live upstairs in the same apartment. Giorgio is an Italian architect, who designed the apartment. We enjoy having guests from all over the world and are happy to provide you with tips and information, if you want - from Berlin's besttourist spots to where to have a good breakfast or a great night out.

We loved staying here. Oliver and Giorgio were very friendly and welcoming. The room is beautifully designed and very comfortable. The street is quiet but at the same time very near all the good places to go.

Tolles Zimmer, stylisch und mit viel Charme. Zentral gelegen und genug Möglichkeiten, frühstücken zu gehen Leider haben wir nur einen der Gastgeber (auch nur kurz) kennengelernt

Einfach zwei angenehme, super lockere Typen. Die mir und meiner Freundin ein echt super tolles Zimmerchen zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Hut ab, echt Sytlisch und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Dazu noch in einer ZOP LAGE. Perfekt für jeden Touristen. Ich komme bald wieder ....

Einfach nur grossartig! Mit so viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail einzurichten ist die eine ganz grosse Klasse- wunderschön! Die andere, die Meisterklasse sind die Gastegeberqualitäten- zauberhaft, liebevoll, unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, offen und geradlinig! Besser geht es nicht! Die Lage ist noch das Sahnehäubchen oben drauf, absolut ruhig gelegen und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss mitten im Geschehen, eine der besten Gegenden in Berlin! Herzlichen Dank von meiner Seite aus, so schön und entspannt zu wohnen, dass muss Euch beiden erst mal jemand nachmachen (und das wird ganz schön schwer, die benchmark liegt verdammt hoch;-))

Absolutely Perfect. 'Travel like a local' couldn't be more true. The apartment is stunning. Clean, trendy, well furnished, a great shower and a bath It's a 'Berliner Zimmer' with a nice view on the backyard. And the best thing is it's location. Nearby Kollwitzplatz and Kastanienallee in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg. And my hosts were wonderful. They let you be a local but if you want to know more they provide you with some great tips. I will return!

Ein wunderschönes Zimmer, das von den freundlichen Gastgebern mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Die Lage ist zudem perfekt. Zahlreiche nette Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Galerien liegen quasi um die Ecke. Wir haben ein perfektes Wochenende hier verbracht.
